WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and you may want to return or exchange it. As long as the item(s) are still in their original condition and pertain to women's scrubs, you can return them within 30 days. Please see below for any exceptions to this rule:

If an item is labeled as 'Final Sale', it is non-returnable.

To receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them, with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to provide a refund. All items are inspected upon return.

Please note that separate returns cannot be combined in one package, even if they are from the same order. Combining returns in the same package will delay the refund process, so please package them individually!

Keep any proof of return postage receipts, as we may need to see these as part of your return.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Exchanges via Happy Returns can only be made for a different size of the same item, not a completely different item.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

The time it takes to receive your refund depends on how long your chosen returns courier takes to get the items back to us before being processed at our warehouse.

We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.

For purchases made using a combination of card and gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back at our warehouse. Please note it can take up to an additional 5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. We will assess the situation and guide you through the process of resolving the issue.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will provide you with information on how to return the incorrect item and ensure you receive the correct one.

I'VE SENT A NON-SUITURES ITEM BACK TO YOU, WHAT DO I DO?

Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned our way (that’s not a Suitures item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Suitures.

We’ll always do our best to help out, but unfortunately, we can't make any promises!
