SHIPPING

Orders are processed from the UK and will be dispatched within 2-4 business days.

During Bank Holiday, seasonal Holiday and extremely busy periods, such as sale, please allow for extra time for your order and/or return to be processed and shipped.

UK Delivery

  • £4.00 on orders under £90 via Evri
  • FREE on orders £90 and over via Evri or DPD.
  • Estimated at 2-5 working days

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you’re delighted with your order, however, if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of receipt. We are also able to process an exchange should you require a different size or colour.

Items must be returned to us unwashed and unworn. You must include the sales invoice and any returns/refund preferences you wish us to review. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. 

If a shipping charge has been paid on the original order, we kindly remind you that this is non-refundable.

Refunds

1) Email hello@suitures.com quoting the Order number in the subject.

2) Include reason for return and products and quantities for return. 

You will then receive a returns label and returns form via email. Returns will be processed following your items being received by Suitures HQ. A fee of £3 will be deducted from the full refund amount to cover return shipping costs. 

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange items within your order please follow the same instructions as above for returns, including what you would like to exchange the returned products for. We will ship the replacement items within 2 days of receiving the returned items. Exchanges are free of charge. However, we can only process one exchange per order, if you wish to make further exchanges after this, they will be processed as a refund and £3 fee will apply.

 

  • It can take UP TO 8 DAYS for your order to be returned back to our warehouse.
  • It can then take up to a further 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse, for your order to be refunded.
  • Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days for it to clear with your bank.
  • Please note if you opt for an EXCHANGE, stock is not immediately reserved and it is possible that the item/s that you requested are no longer available when you mail your package. If this is the case, you will be refunded for the item/s back to your original payment method and an email confirmation sent to you.
  • Please also note that the DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR EXCHANGES cannot be modified. The exchange will always be sent to the same address as the original order.
  • Exchanges must be done WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
  • EXCHANGES ARE FREE, so please ignore the price shown on our returns system, as this may be incorrect and is only for our internal refund process only. As exchanges are free, there will be no additional charges.

Policy
Clothing Items should be returned unwashed and unused.

Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 28 days from the date received. If you have owned your item for longer than this please contact hello@suitures.com.

Late returns
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Suitues and may only be refunded as a store credit.
