SHIPPING

Orders are processed from the UK and will be dispatched within 2-4 business days.

During Bank Holiday, seasonal Holiday and extremely busy periods, such as sale, please allow for extra time for your order and/or return to be processed and shipped.

UK Delivery

  • £4.00 on orders under £90 via Evri
  • FREE on orders £90 and over via Evri
  • Delivery Estimated at 3-4 days after dispatch.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you’re delighted with your order, however, if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 28 days of receipt.

All returns should be requested before you send your purchase back to Suitures.

Returns and Exchanges are subject to a £4 processing fee for mainland UK and £7 for Northern Ireland.

Unidentified items will be returned to the sender.Items must be returned to us unwashed and unworn. You must include the sales invoice and any returns/refund preferences you wish us to review.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. If a shipping charge has been paid on the order, we kindly remind you that this is non-refundable.

RETURNS

  • You can return your parcel by emailing us at Hello@suitures.com.
  • Quote your order number, the items you would like to return and reason in the initial email. This will help to make the return process more efficient.
  • We will email you back an Evri returns label so you can drop the return your most convenient location.
  • Once we receive your items we will process your return and refund the appropriate per item*

Items registered separately or from different orders cannot be returned within the same package, as combining orders/registered returns will slow down the refund process!

Please keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly, in case you need this at a later date.

It can take UP TO 8 DAYS for your order to be returned back to our warehouse.

It can then take up to a further 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse, for your order to be refunded.

Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days for it to clear with your bank.

Please note if you opt for an EXCHANGE, stock is not immediately reserved and it is possible that the item/s that you requested are no longer available when you mail your package. If this is the case, you will be refunded for the item/s back to your original payment method and an email confirmation sent to you.

Please also note that the DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR EXCHANGES cannot be modified. The exchange will always be sent to the same address as the original order.

BUNDLE RETURNS

Please note that when ordering using our bundle deal, if you wish to return part of the order, the return will not be proportional to the bundle price.

When ordering a 2 set bundle, should you wish to return 1 set, you will receive a refund of £30 (minus processing fee). Thus paying full price for the remaining set.

When ordering a 3 bundle set. Each set returned will be refunded to a total of £30 minus processing fee.

Policy

Clothing Items should be returned unwashed and unused.


Faulty goods

Good's are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 28 days from the date received. If you have owned your item for longer than this please contact Hello@suitures.com.



Late returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Suitues and may only be refunded as a store credit.
