Orders are processed from the UK and will be dispatched within 2-4 business days.


During Bank Holiday, seasonal Holiday and extremely busy periods, such as sale, please allow for extra time for your order and/or return to be processed and shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you’re delighted with your order, however, if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 30 days of receipt.

All returns should be requested before you send your purchase back to Suitures.

Unidentified items will be returned to the sender.Items must be returned to us unwashed and unworn. You must include the sales invoice and any returns/refund preferences you wish us to review.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. If a shipping charge has been paid on the order, we kindly remind you that this is non-refundable.

RETURNS VIA HAPPY RETURNS:

Below are the options you have for returning/exchanging items that have been purchased on our online UK store.

  • You can now return your parcel using HAPPY RETURNS:
  • To make a return via Happy Returns, head to our RETURNS PORTAL suitures.happyreturns.com
  • You'll need your ORDER NUMBER, e.g #UK812338
  • You'll need your EMAIL ADDRESS
  • Printerless options available.
  • Enter your order number (e.g. #US123456) and shipping postal (zip) code OR email address. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
  • Remember to include # at the start of your order number!
  • Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
  • Confirm your original delivery information (amend if needed).
  • Select the method you’ll be returning your order by.
  • Dependant on your return method, you may need to download a returns label or present a QR code when returning.
  • Simply attach to your parcel or present the QR code and take to your nearest drop-off point.

Don't worry if you're not being asked to print a returns label, some couriers don't need this.

Items registered separately or from different orders cannot be returned within the same package, as combining orders/registered returns will slow down the refund process!

Please keep hold of any proof of postage until you have been refunded correctly, in case you need this at a later date.

  • It can take UP TO 8 DAYS for your order to be returned back to our warehouse.
  • It can then take up to a further 7 days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse, for your order to be refunded.
  • Once your refund is processed, it may take up to 5 days for it to clear with your bank.
  • Please note if you opt for an EXCHANGE, stock is not immediately reserved and it is possible that the item/s that you requested are no longer available when you mail your package. If this is the case, you will be refunded for the item/s back to your original payment method and an email confirmation sent to you.
  • Please also note that the DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR EXCHANGES cannot be modified. The exchange will always be sent to the same address as the original order.
  • Exchanges must be done WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. Exchanges via Happy Returns can also only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, not a completely different item.
  • EXCHANGES ARE FREE, so please ignore the price shown on our returns system, as this may be incorrect and is only for our internal refund process only. As exchanges are free, there will be no additional charges.

Clothing Items should be returned unwashed and unused.


Faulty goods

Good's are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 28 days from the date received. If you have owned your item for longer than this please contact Hello@suitures.com.



Late returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Suitues and may only be refunded as a store credit.
